The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

— Tiffany Michael Kirby, 32, of 124 Chapel Road, Union, was charged with shoplifting and open container around 5 p.m. on March 18. According to the incident report, an employee of Dollar General, located at 1303 Lockhart Highway, Union, reported that Kirby concealed several items in her pocketbook without paying. When officers stopped the vehicle Kirby was driving, she admitted to taking the items and handed them over. Items taken from the store were valued at $36.50.

— Sherika Laquell Moorman, 25, of 296 East Main Street, Spartanburg, was charged with driving under suspension and unlawful sun screen on windows around 3:20 p.m. on March 18.

The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

— An employee of Spectra Colorant Inc., located at 228 Industrial Park Road, Union, reported on March 16 that several items were stolen from the property. A security video was given to the sheriff’s office, showing a woman drive up in a four-door Chevrolet Silverado and take plants, lights and a concrete birdbath from the landscape of the building. Missing items are valued at around $200.

— A resident of Pea Ridge Highway, Jonesville, reported a theft from her vehicle on March 18. The complainant stated she filled her car with gas just before parking it for the night on March 17. When she left the next morning, the car only had three quarters of a tank.

The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrest:

— Frederick Jermaine Bates, 23, of 122 Horseshoe Circle, Union, was charged with driving under suspension around 1 a.m. on March 19.
