The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrests:

— Romello Jimelle Wilkes, 17, of 3473 Lockhart Hwy., Union, and Keiston Quzay Bishop, 19, of 119 Chambers Ave., Union, were each charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny around 10 a.m. on Feb. 28. According to the arrest warrants, Wilkes and Bishop, along with Tierra Davis, entered a home on McBeth STreet in Union and stole a 47-inch TV and a laptop computer, valued at a total of $1,998.

The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

— A resident of Berry Farm Road, Union, reported on Feb. 28 that she believes someone is tapping into her home phone line and that it has been going on for about a month. She stated she can hear someone pick up when she is trying to make a call and when she calls certain numbers, they tell her that it is the wrong number.

— A Lockhart resident reported on Feb. 27 that his iPhone 4s cell phone was taken while he was at First Baptist Church Family Life Center. He stated the phone is white in color and the back part of the case is cracked.
