UNION — The Union County High School girls basketball team lost a heartbreaker to Seneca, 44-40 in the first round of AAA playoffs on Monday night.
Kristin Giles led the Lady Jackets with nine points. Mari Eison netted eight and Cierra Mitchell had seven.
Briante Thompson led Seneca with 19 points. Seneca out-rebounded UCHS, 42-32
