UNION — Fannie Rice Davenport, 87, 112 Forest Circle, died Dec. 29, 2012.
A native of Shelby, N.C., she was the widow of R.J. Davenport, Sr. and the daughter of the late Jack and Sarah Rice.
Survivors include one son, R. J. Davenport Jr. of Philadelphia, PA; and one grandson, J.R. Davenport of Charlotte, N.C.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Michael A. Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Rosemont Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home.
The Michael A. Glenn Funeral Home, 361 Meansville Road, is serving the family.
