The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrests:

— Timothy Jamar Davis, 33, of 466 Joe Walker Road, Union, was charged with criminal domestic violence, phone harassment and use of vehicle without owner’s consent. According to the arrest warrants, Davis threatened a female in person as well as by phone calls and text messages, causing her to fear for the safety of herself and her children.

— Herman Phillip Farr, 17, of 308 Aetna St., Union, was charged with trespassing after notice. According to the arrest warrant, Farr returned to a property on Seigler Road after being issued a trespass notice last May.

— Robert Chamberlain, 74, of 102 Munroe St., Union, was charged with disorderly conduct.

— Savannah Lynn Rhinehart, 19, of 106 Moore St., Union, was charged with disorderly conduct.

— Destiny Marie Goode, 21, of 1111 Lakeside Drive, Union, was charged with disorderly conduct.

— Karla Marie Hill, 27, 208 Porter St., Union, was charged with disorderly conduct.

The Union Public Safety Department reported the following incidents:

— An employee of Kangaroo Express, located at 908 South Duncan Bypass in Union, reported Dec. 31 that two customers came into the store and purchased drinks and chips, but stole packs of cookies.

— An employee of Service Laundry, located at 428 North Duncan Bypass in Union, reported Jan. 1 that the storage closet had been pried open. A locked box in the storage closet that contained a surveillance recorder was also pried open, and the videotape had been removed from the recorder. The only item reported missing was the videotape. Total damage is estimated at $600.

— A resident of Rogers Circle in Union reported Jan. 1 that her residence had been broken into. According to the incident report, a window was broken, the residence was ransacked, but at the time of the report, the victim did not notice anything missing. The case was turned over to investigations.

— A resident of Walker Heights in Union reported Dec. 31 that her residence had been broken into. According to the incident report, a kitchen window was broken and a 37-inch television and a laptop computer were stolen. The items were valued at a total of $2,500, and the case was turned over to investigations.

The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

— Kristopher Dylan Childers, 20, 1062 Main St., Buffalo, was charged with unlawful tattooing. According to the incident report, officers stopped a vehicle Childers was in and received consent to search the vehicle. An officer located a backpack containing stencils, ink, spray chemicals, Vaseline, pens, electrical cords, a foot-controlled power switch and papers. The officer also located a briefcase containing tattoo guns, plastic tips, ink, rubber bands, scissors, needles, stencils and drawings. The officer found that Childers had no tattooing license, and the equipment was seized as evidence. Childers was arrested and transported to Union County Jail.

— Edward Eugene Boulware, III, 21, of 115 S. 2nd St., Lockhart, was charged with disorderly conduct.

— Christopher Gene Wyatt, 17, of 1143 Tinker Creek Road, Union, was charged with grand larceny. According to the incident report, Wyatt stole a cross bow and jewelry from his family. The stolen items were valued at $5,800.

— Raven Danielle Morrow, 19, of 1178 Sardis Road, Union, was charged with public intoxication.

— Devin Dershawn Gaffney, 19, of 127 Perry Road, Carlisle, was charged with public intoxication.

— Michelle Dolinger Taylor, 43, of 774 Rogerstown Road, Jonesville, was charged with simple assault. According to the incident report, Taylor punched another female in the nose.

— Dennis Dale Deese, Jr., 30, of 102 Canal Road, Lockhart, was charged with narcotic violations and resisting arrest. According to the incident report, officers found Deese on Canal Road with paint on his hands and clothes, holding a bag and can of spray paint. Deese told officers he was “doing his thing,” and when they advised him he was under arrest, he pulled away and ran. Deese fought with officers and kicked the door and window panel of the patrol car while he was being transported to Union County Jail.

— Marcus Terrell Spencer, 28, of 270 Oakland Road, Union; Jaran Harris, 25, of 202 Buffalo St., Buffalo; and Chelsey Anna Parks, 20, of 202 Buffalo St., Buffalo were charged with third-degree assault and battery after a fight which occurred on Buffalo Street in Buffalo.

— Richard Leonard Sweezy, 57, of 139 E. Forest Drive, Union, was charged with discharging a firearm while under the influence. According to the incident report, Sweezy fired a pistol both inside and outside of his home while intoxicated.

The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

— A resident of Webber Lake Road in Union reported Dec. 31 that while he was out of town for five days, his home was burglarized, with missing items including a computer, television and a 9mm pistol. The total value of missing items is estimated at $1,400.

— A resident of Meadow Woods Road in Union reported Dec. 31 that her tire had been slashed. The case was turned over to an investigator.

— A Clinton resident reported Dec. 24 that her property on Carlisle-Whitmire Highway in Whitmire had been burglarized. According to the incident report, locks had been cut on a gate and two utility buildings. Items missing included an air conditioner and a riding lawn mower. Items were valued at $200.
