UNION – The following persons pleaded guilty this week in General Sessions Court before Judge Lee S. Alford of York.
• Michael Holmes, 215 Goings Lane, Union, attempt to obtain nonferrous metals unlawfully, nine months; possession of tools to be used in a crime, nine months, sentences to run concurrently.
• Robin Collier, 110 Valley Ave., Clover, failure to stop for a blue light, 18 months suspended upon one year probation with credit for time served; driving under suspension first offense, 30 days suspended upon one year probation, sentences to run concurrently.
• Antoine Davis, 610 Eisontown Road, Jonesville, trafficking cocaine first offense, eight years with credit for time served.
• Willie Duckett, 310 Lawson Ave., Union, distribution of crack cocaine first offense, time served.
• Everette Means, 309 Flat Drive, Buffalo, distribution of crack cocaine first offense and resisting arrest, sentencing deferred on both counts until Jan. 14, 2013.
• Marvin Peake, 249 Duncan Ave., Buffalo, driving under the influence second offense, three years and $2,100 suspended upon 90 days, $1,100 and five years probation with credit for time served and sentence to be served on the weekends; driving under suspension third offense, 60 days suspended upon five years probation with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.
• Michael Sartor, 167 Family Circle, Carlisle, possession of marijuana second offense, 30 days with credit for time served; possession of crack cocaine, five years with credit for time served; distribution of crack cocaine second offense, eight years with credit for time served; distribution of marijuana first offense, three years with credit for time served; distribution of crack cocaine second offense, eight years with credit for time served, distribution of marijuana first offense, three years with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.
• Joseph Conner, 30769 Highway 72E, Whitmire, manufacturing methamphetamine first offense, five years suspended upon nine months and two years probation.
• Michael Dineen, 228 Long Twelve St., Union, criminal domestic violence second offense, one year suspended upon 30 days and 18 months probation with credit for time served; criminal domestic violence second offense, one year suspended upon 30 days and 18 months probation with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.
• Michael Drew, 6151 Whitmire Highway, Whitmire, manufacturing methamphetamine first offense, five years suspended upon nine months and two years probation with credit for time served.
• Solomon Gore, 134 Thomas Ranch Road, Union, distribution of crack cocaine first offense, three years with credit for time served; distribution of crack cocaine second offense, three years with credit for time served; resisting arrest, one year with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.
• Brienna Stewart, 319 Oakdale Ave., Carlisle, forgery, one year suspended upon six months probation.
• Preston Beaty, 114 Sunset Lane, Union, possession of a controlled substance first offense, six months suspended upon 90 days home detention with credit for time served; habitual traffic offender, two years suspended upon 90 days home detention with credit for time served; driving under suspension third or more offense, 90 days home detention with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.
• Gonzalee Browning Jr., 109 Smithville Lane, Union, distribution of marijuana first offense, five years suspended upon one year and two years probation; distribution of crack cocaine first offense, five years suspended upon one year and two years probation, sentences to run concurrently.
