Foster Park Elementary School Pass the PASS Test Students in grades K-2 at Foster Park Elementary School supported grades 3-5 as they prepared to take the PASS Test earlier this month. They designed breakfast bags with special messages of encouragement on them and gave the bags to the upper grades at breakfast.
