Stanley Eugene Jeter, 44, 481 Fairwood Boulevard, Union, is charged by the Union Public Safety Department with assault and battery.
The incident report states an officer was called to 755 N. Duncan Bypass Saturday afternoon in reference to an assault. The victim said Jeter had said something to him in front of his room. He said Jeter was highly intoxicated at the time and he told him to go back to his room. The man said Jeter then pushed him against a brick wall causing him to hit the back of his head causing a laceration.
The report states two witnesses confirmed the victim’s story. The victim refused medical treatment at the time of the incident.
Jeter was arrested and transported to jail.
Another Assault And Battery
A Union woman was arrested after she allegedly shoved another worman and pulled her hair.
Erica Renee Dean, 22, 1006 Lakeside Drive, Union, is charged by the public safety department with assault and battery.
The incident report states an officer was called to Dean’s residence Friday evening in reference to a disturbance between her and a female relative. The victim told the officer Dean had pulled her hair and shoved her several times. The report state’s the victim’s hair looked as if it had been pulled.
Dean was placed under arrest and transported to jail.
Arrests
The following persons were arrested by the public safety department.
Windy W. Fowler, 43, 1515 Santuc-Carlisle Highway, Union, charged Sunday with giving false information.
Thomas Worthy, 53, 128 Lovers Lane Road, Union, charged Friday with trespassing after notice.
Walter Todd Johnson, 40, 412 Bogan Road, Jonesville, charged Friday with possession of stolen goods, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under suspension second offense and operating an uninsured vehicle.
Frankie DeNorris Smith, 46, 169 Eisontown Road, Jonesville, charged Friday with disorderly conduct (public drunk).
Ronald Eugene Palmer, 38, 101 Washington St., Union, charged Friday with trespass of real property.
