JONESVILLE — The weather that threatened to rain on Saturday’s Jonesville Christmas Parade held off and allowed the town to go forward with an afternoon full of holiday fun.The town’s annual Christmas celebration began at noon with three hours of musical performances as vendors lined the streets selling food and other items of interest to the public. The parade itself got under way at 3 p.m. with what Christmas Parade Committee member Tracy Smith said were 62 units including 12 fire trucks. The afternoon ended with the lighting of the town Christmas tree next to the Jonesville Municipal Complex.
