Larry “Turtle” Robinson and Kala Nicole Childers
Glen and Teresa Childers of Buffalo announce the engagement of their daughter Kala Nicole Childers to Larry “Turtle” Robinson, son of Larry and Wanda Robinson of Union.
The wedding is planned for Aug. 20, 2011, at 5 p.m. at Putman Baptist Church.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Union High School and plans to attend Spartanburg Community College. She is the granddaughter of Mr. Ted Pruitt, the late Inez Hopkins and Ralph and Janie Childers.
Mr. Robinson is a graduate of Union High School and is employed with Jimmy Crawford Logging. He is the grandson of Lois Jennings, the late Ernest “Brother” Jennings and Donald “Snake” and Carroll Robinson.
