Mr. and Mrs. Paul Edward Winters would like to announce the engagement of their daughter Sierra Linette Winters to Joseph Reeford Parks, son of Jerry and Joan Parks.
A private ceremony is planned for April 4, 2009 in Gatlinburg, Tenn. A reception is planned for friends and family May 15, 2009, 7-11 p.m., at Veterans Park.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Union High School and has an Associates Degree from USC-Union. She is currently an employee at Wal-Mart Pharmacy.
Mr. Parks is a graduate of Lockhart High School and has been employed at Timken for the past 11 years.
Both Joseph and Sierra are members of Philippi Baptist Church and are active in Awanna.
