The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
— Melissa Renee McNease, 46, of 312 Bailey Road, Buffalo, was charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature around 5:30 p.m. Oct. 19.
Michael Shane Chestnut, 38, of 127 Fairforest Heights, Buffalo, was charged with criminal domestic violence around 5:35 p.m. Oct. 19.
According to the incident report, Chestnut threw a woman onto the porch of his residence, causing her to hit her head on the railing, after attempting to get her to leave. The report states that Chestnut called McNease to come to the residence, and McNease fought the woman. The report states the victim had a black eye, a bloody nose, and swelling around her eye and on the back of her head.
— Matthew David Arnold, 33, of 1932 Whitmire Highway, Union, was charged with criminal domestic violence around 4:15 a.m. Oct. 20.
— Donald Brandon Bowen, 19, of 191 Squaw Valley Road, Blacksburg, was charged with driving under suspension around 5:30 a.m. Oct. 20.
— Matthew Cole Grady, 21, of 3913 Cross Keys Highway, Union, was charged with unlawful carrying of a handgun around 1:45 a.m. Oct. 19.
— Christopher Dale Knight, 30, of 4527 Whitmire Highway, Union, was charged with unlawful carrying of a handgun around 2 a.m. Oct. 19.
— David Keith Paige, 25, of 141 Velda Drive, Union, was charged with breach of peace around 12:25 p.m. Oct. 19.
— Mary Megan Connor, 20, of 698 White Avenue, Henderson, Tn., was charged with petit larceny around 4:55 p.m. Oct. 19. According to the incident report, Connor found a cell phone at the county fair while working at a fair booth. Instead of turning in the phone, Connor used it for herself. When the owner of the phone purchased a new phone but kept the same number, she began to receive calls and texts from Connor’s friends and family members who stated Connor told them that was her new phone number.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:
— A resident of Oak Grove Road, Union, reported on Oct. 18 that someone took three Logitech computer speakers — valued at $70 — and medication from his home between Oct. 12-18. A report was turned over to investigations.
— A resident of Blue Grass Drive, Union, reported on Oct. 18 that someone had vandalized her vehicle and stolen CDs from inside it. The report states The vehicle was scratched all over, and the dash and air vents were damaged as if struck with something. Damage was estimated at $2,000 and the missing CDs were valued at $500.
The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrests:
— Tanika Chandelle Sims, 29, of 300 Shadow Drive, Union, was charged with unlawful conduct toward a child around 1 p.m. Oct. 20. According to the arrest warrant, Sims left a three-year-old at her residence while she left for work, resulting in the child walking out of the home and to the Lil Cricket on South Pinckney Street in Union. The warrant states Sims put the child at unreasonable risk of harm.
— Lonnie Chadward Mobley, 33, of 212 Gault Avenue, Union, was charged with disorderly conduct around 2:25 a.m. Oct. 19.
— Charles Milan Boyle, II, 22, of 808 Main St., Union, was charged with driving under suspension around 1:30 a.m. Oct. 21.
— Lewis Allen Grady, 19, of 564 Mt. Tabor Church Road, Union, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of alcohol by a minor, unlawful possession of a firearm around 12:50 a.m. Oct. 20.
— Jesse Cole Harris, 17, of 116 New Hope Church Road, Union, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of a controlled substance around 12:40 a.m. Oct. 20.
— Vickie Lynn Boulware, 43, of 193 Careem Road, Union, was charged with disorderly conduct around 2:50 a.m. Oct. 20.
— Gage Jordon Eaves, 18, of 138 Whitlock Lake Road, Jonesville, was charged with simple possession of marijuana around 12:15 a.m. Oct. 19.
