On Tuesday, people lined up for traditional fair exhibits, concerts, and carnival-style food, as well as new attractions for this year’s fair including Kachunga and the Alligator Show, Simple Times Farm, and Hogway Speedway, which features racing pigs and ducks. Children of all ages were heard laughing and yelling as they rode carnival rides, and music was constant on the main fair stage.

Wednesday is Church Night, and patrons will be able to save $4 on POP bands with a Church Night coupon. Thursday is School Day, and a School Day coupon will also allow for savings on POP bands. On Friday, gates will open at 3 p.m., and POP bands will be $18 all day. On Saturday, gates will be open from noon-midnight, and POP bands will be $15 from noon-5 p.m. and $18 after 5 p.m.
