The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrests:


— Shadela Crystal Holley, 21, and Shakeeta Rachell Shaw, 27, both of 1111 Lakeside Drive, Union, were each charged with shoplifting around 9:45 p.m. Nov. 20. According to the incident report, both subjects took several items from Dollar General, located at 410 North Duncan Bypass, Union.


The Union Public Safety Department reported the following incident:


— A resident of Fairforest Apartments, located at 221 E. Main St., Union, reported on Nov. 20 that he parked his truck in the back parking lot of the apartment building the previous night, and came out in the morning to find that someone had broken out the passenger side window. Damage was estimated at $100.


The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:


— Lashawn Damond Byrd, 23, of 141 Oakgrove Road, Union, was charged with criminal domestic violence around 9:45 p.m. Nov. 19. According to the incident report, Byrd grabbed a woman by her neck, choking her, causing redness to her neck and forearms.


— Christopher Allen Clark, 25, of 200 Francis Avenue, Union, was charged with breach of peace around 3:05 a.m. Nov. 21. Christopher Charles Clark, 44, of 200 Francis Avenue, Union, was charged with breach of peace around 4 a.m. Nov. 21. According to the incident report, officers responded to the subjects’ residence in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers found both subjects lying on the floor. The report states “both subjects had blood over their bodies and they were in a drunken state.” Christopher Charles Clark was taken to Wallace Thomson Hospital for treatment, and both subjects were eventually transported to Union County Jail.


— Shakeeta Rachell Shaw, 27, and Shadela Crystal Holley, 21, both of 1111 Lakeside Drive, Union, were each charged with shoplifting around 9:45 p.m. Nov. 20. According to the incident report, both subjects took several items from Dollar General stores in both the Buffalo and Monarch communities.


The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:


— A resident of Bob Little Road, Jonesville, reported on Nov. 20 that her residence was burglarized between 10:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. Items missing — some of which were put up in a closet unopened — included a 24-inch flat screen TV valued at $150, a lap top computer valued at $400, various unopened toys valued at $200, eight X-Box games valued at $150, a Laura acoustic guitar valued at $200, and $300 in cash.


— A resident of South Jonesville Highway, Jonesville, reported on Nov. 21 that the door of her residence was kicked in and her 37-inch Emerson TV was missing. Damage to the door was estimated at $400, and the TV was valued at $400.
