The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
— David Alan Gowan, 30, of 1019 Meansville Road, Union, was charged with criminal domestic violence around 7:39 p.m. Sept. 21. According to the incident report, a woman — and other witnesses — claimed Gowan had been stalking and harassing the woman for weeks. The report states Gowan yelled and cursed at the woman in public and has ridden by her home often, threatening her. Gowan was transported to Union County Jail.
— Lillie Marie Hill, 42, of 311 W. Main St., Jonesville, was charged with driving under the influence around midnight Sept. 21.
— Randall Banks Johnson, Jr., 40, of 1235 S. Duncan Bypass, Union, was charged with third-degree assault and battery around 7 p.m. Sept. 21. According to the incident report, Johnson made threats to at least two different women through calls and text messages. Johnson was tranported to Union County Jail.
— Paul Edward Black, 51, of 158 Poplar Road, Jonesville, was charged with driving under the influence and open container around 3:50 a.m. Sept. 22.
— David James Wilson, 21, of 198 Kissy Creek Circle, Union, was charged with public drunk and possession of marijuana around 8:01 p.m. Sept. 22.
— Veronica Gayle Gregory, 18, of 198 Kissy Creek Circle, Union, was charged with purchase or possession of alcohol by a minor around 7:47 p.m. Sept. 22.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:
— The owner of a residence on Webber Lake Road, Union, reported on Sept. 20 that the home was burglarized, and a stove was missing. The stove was valued at $150. The complainant found a flashlight in the residence and submitted it for evidence.
The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrests:
— Jonathan Ryan Inman, 27, of 500 N. Church St., Union, was charged with disorderly conduct around 1:15 a.m. Sept. 21.
— Lewis Allen Grady, 19, of 564 Mt. Tabor Church Road, Union, was charged with open container and purchase or possession of alcohol by a minor around 2:20 a.m. Sept. 21.
— Kelsey Briana Carmack, 21, of 302 Spring St., Union, was charged with open container around 1:15 a.m. Sept. 22.
— Nikki Danielle Graham, 26, of 209 Lakeview Heights, Union, was charged with simple possession of marijuana around 10:30 p.m. Sept. 20. According to the incident report, an animal control officer was in response to a nearby location when he observed Graham smoking a marijuana cigarette on her front porch. When asked, Graham admitted to “smoking a roach.” She was transported to Union County Jail.
— Ashley Lalea Brown, 28, of 217 Gault Ave., Union, was charged with assault and battery around 10:10 a.m. Sept. 20. According to the arrest warrant, Brown pushed a woman and struck her left eye, causing swelling, while at an address on Gage Avenue, Union.
— David Terrell Gallman, 28, of 106 Harris Road, Union, was charged with second-degree assault and battery around 12:15 p.m. Sept. 22. According to the arrest warrant, Gallman cut a man on the arm with a broken beer bottle while in the parking lot of Li’l Cricket, located at 616 W. Main St., Union.
— Terry Lee Lawson, 54, of 207 Sims Drive, Union, was charged with malicious damage to property around 3:20 a.m. Sept. 21. According to the arrest warrant, Lawson broke out a window at American Inn, located at 755 North Duncan Bypass, Union. The window was valued at $500.
The Union Public Safety Department reported the following incident:
— A resident of Pine Street, Buffalo, reported the theft of a debit card number on Sept. 20. According to the incident report, the complainant stated several purchases had been made using her Woodforest Bank debit card number, and she did not make the purchases. She found out about the purchases after being unable to make a purchase of her own due to insufficient funds.
