The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrests:
— Jimmy Arthur Rhinehart, 45, of 167 Magnor Drive, Union, was charged with second-degree burglary around 1 a.m. Aug. 27.
Kenneth Steven Lipsey Sr., 47, of 202 North Gadberry Street, Pacolet, was charged with second-degree burglary around 12:11 a.m. Aug. 27.
According to the incident report, officers responded to the Union Senior Center, located at 237 North Gadberry Street, Union, in reference to a burglary. The report states they found Lipsey standing outside of the building’s rear window and observed the legs of Rhinehart hanging from the window, with his upper body inside. The report states Rhinehart’s mid-section was stuck between the metal bars used to block and secure the window. Union County EMS and fire departments were called to assist in removing Rhinehart from the window. Rhinehart was transported to Wallace Thomson Hospital for minor injuries due to being stuck in the window, and both Lipsey and Rhinehart were transported to Union County Jail.
— Joe Franklin Nichols Jr., 25, of 125 Wingfield Drive, Union, was charged with disorderly conduct around 9:55 a.m. Aug. 26.
— Michael Steven Cobb, 24, of 115 Wingfield Drive, Union, was charged with disorderly conduct around 7:20 p.m. Aug. 26.
— Pamela Dale Morgan, 42, of 137 215 Loop, Union, was charged with forgery around 11:50 a.m. Aug. 27. According to the arrest warrant, Morgan forged two checks — valued at a total of $95 — made payable to herself.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
— Jonathan Maurice Collins, 22, of 113 Windy Hill Road, Union, was charged with driving under suspension, resisting arrest and shoplifting around 12:55 p.m. Aug. 27.
— Tekilia Shontel Porter, 28, of 212 Wilbur Street, Union, was charged with unlawful neglect of a child around 10:12 p.m. Aug. 27.
— Peggy Elise Collins, 26, of 111 New Hope Church Road, Jonesville, was charged with unlawful neglect of a child around 4:50 a.m. Aug. 28.
— Alberry Sullivan Fleming Jr., 40, and Amanda Trammell Fleming, 30, both of 120 T. Bishop Road, Jonesville, were each charged with criminal domestic violence around 12:10 p.m. May 31.
