UNION COUNTY — The following persons pleaded guilty before Judge John C. Hayes III of York in General Sessions Court in the Main Courtroom of the Union County Courthouse this past week.

— Travis Sientel Thompson, 717 N. Church St., Union, to two counts of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, 10 years and to pay $133.90 in fines on each count, sentences to run concurrently.

— Tracy Lynette Chick, 311 Subertown Road, Whitmire, to passing a stolen lottery ticket, two years with credit for one day already served and to pay $133.90 in fines; to breach of trust less than $2,000, 30 days suspended and to pay $133.90 in fines, sentences to run concurrently.

— William David Lawson, 792 Sugar Creek Road, Union, to first offense distribution of a Schedule III controlled substance, one year with credit for one day already served and to pay $803.40 in fines.

— Tracy Eugene Gann, 1420 Lockhart Highway, Union, to petit larceny third property offense, 18 months with credit for 31 days already served and to pay $133.90 in fines.

— Jerry Ray Fox Jr., 5244 US Highway 176, Pomaria, to resisting arrest, 90 days with credit for 11 days already served and to pay $133.90 in fines.

— Allen Fitzgeral Robinson, 514 Foster St., Union, to use of vehicle without owner’s consent, 90 days with credit for 30 days already served and to pay $133.90 in fines.

— Wanda Fay Young, 219 S. Church St., Apt. 2A, Union, to domestic violence third-degree, 30 days, time served, and to pay $133.90 in fines.

— Lacy Dwayne Beasley, 113 Woodmont Drive, Boiling Springs, to obtaining drugs by fraud first offense, six months with credit for 21 days already served and to pay $288.40 in fines; to failure to stop for a blue light first offense, three years with credit for 21 days already served and to pay $30.90 in fines; to possession with intent to distribute meth first offense, three years with credit for 21 days already served and to pay $288.40 in fines; to possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance first offense, six months with credit for 21 days already served and to pay $288.40 in fines, sentences to run concurrently.

— Terry Lynn Dillard Jr., 113 Woodmont Drive, Boiling Springs, to obtaining drugs by fraud first offense, six months with credit for 21 days already served and to pay $288.40 in fines.

— Dameian Declark Hill, 204 Hicks St., Union, to domestic violence third degree, time served and to pay $133.90 in fines; to stalking, five years with credit for 137 days already served and to pay $648.90 in fines; to trespassing, time served and to pay $133.90 in fines, sentences to run concurrently.

— Ashley Marie Sanders, 231 Hancock St., Union, to driving under the influence first offense, 30 days with credit for seven days already served and to pay $275.01 in fines; to driving under suspension, 30 days with credit for seven days already served and to pay $133.90 in fines, sentences to run concurrently.

— Aaron Kimsey Case, 401 Means Road, Pacolet, to accessory before the fact to burglary third-degree, time served and to pay $133.90 in fines.

— Justin Wesley Hollifield, 680 Mullinax Circle, Blacksburg, to second-degree burglary (dwelling), 10 years suspended upon three years and five years probation with credit for 167 days already served and to pay $648.90 in fines and $4,000 in restitution; to grand larceny $2,000-10,000, five years suspended upon three years and to pay $133.90 in fines, sentences to run concurrently.

— Johnathen Frank Walden, 137 Hill St., Buffalo, to obtaining property by false pretenses less than $2,000 (third property offense), three years suspended upon three years probation with credit for 36 days already served and to pay $648.90 in fines and $200 in restitution.
