Union County Jerusalem Project receives $4,000

GAFFNEY — A local ministry has received $4,000 raised by this year’s Hilarity for Charity benefit.The 2014 Hilarity for Charity benefit comedy show took place on February 20 at Broad River Electric Auditorium. It featured comedians Joey I.L.O. and Mike Goodwin, who each offered a family-friendly brand of stand-up.The show, an annual presented by Broad River Electric Charities, raised $13,000 for Jerusalem Project Ministries in Cherokee, Spartanburg, and Union Counties.
