UNION COUNTY — The Union County Clerk of Court’s Office recorded the following verified property transfers during the weeks of June 1-14.

• The transfer of a lot with improvements containing 1.65 acre, 179 Putman Road, Buffalo from James Coffer Scott and Chrystal West Coffer to Harry R. Smith and Phyllis A. Smith for $132,000.

• The transfer of a lot containing 5 acres along with a 2010 Giles mobile home, 245 River Ridge Road, Pacolet from Vanderbilt Mortgage & Finance Inc. to Jesika Laurin Hill for $93,900.

• The transfer of a lot fronting on South Church Street 58 5/10 feet and lot No. 13, 1103 South Pinckney St., Union from Abdel Hakm Tazerouti to Arlin Lenin Mejia Martinez and Katherinne Lisbeth Alvarado Fortin for $7,000.

• The transfer of a portion of Lot 18 of Hillcrest Dairy Farm with improvements on the eastern side of James Street and the southern side of James Street and the southern side of Woodlawn Avenue, 101 James St., Union from H and J Tazerouti Properties LLC to Shelley Bryan Fox for $14,500.

• The transfer of land triangular in shape two miles north of the City of Union, 143 Toney Road, Union from Ralph D. Gregory to Randall B. Gregory and Ralph D. Gregory Life Estate for $5.

• The transfer of a lot with improvements on the southeast side of Unnamed Street about one-fourth mile north of the Town of Jonesville, 117 Magnolia Road, Jonesville from James W. Howell and Peggy Ann Deaton for $6,000.

• The transfer of a lot with improvements formerly known as Watt Hill Lot containing one acre, 111 Shady St., Jonwesville from Darlene McDonald Wright to Gaffney Rentals LLC for $11,000.
