UNION — Registration is now open for the New Life Baptist Church’s annual Kick Sports Camp.

The flyer announcing the opening of registration for the camp states that it is for children in the 1st-6th grades and will be held at the Timken Sports Complex from June 13-17. It states that holding the camp at the complex “will allow us to designate sport to a field of its own.”

Those sports include baseball, cheerleading, soccer, football, and, for the first time, girls softball. The addition of girls softball will give children participating in the camp another option when it comes to choosing the sport they want to take part in.

Parents with children wanting to take part in the camp may sign them up at New Life Baptist Church, 502 Meansville Road, Union, Monday-Friday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The flyer recommends early sign up.

“We are super excited how God is blessing our sport camp ministry and we want YOU to be part of it!” the flyer concludes.
