Land Transfers in Union County


UNION COUNTY — The Union County Clerk of Court’s Office recorded the following property transfers during the weeks of April 28-May 10:

• The transfer of Parcel 1, Lot 13, Block B with improvements, Hillcrest Terrace Subdivision fronting 50 feet on the eastern side of James Street and Parcel 2, Lot 14, Block B, Hillcrest Terrace Subdivision fronting 50 feet on the western side of Hames Street, 107 James Street, Union, from Dorothy E. Crocker to Carroll Jean Sailors for $10,000.

• The transfer of Lot 92 fronting 80 feet on the northeast side of Lakewood Drive of Section 1 Revision One of Lakewood Subdivision, 204 Lakewood Drive, Union, from Amber Lynn Adamo and Michael B. Adamo to Thomas Adamo for $1,020.

• The transfer of a lot with improvement containing 1.004 acre in the Town of Jonesville from Gladys Garrett to Robin Cathcart for $15,000.

• The transfer of Parcel 1 Tract No. 1 with improvements containing 22.2 acres and Parcel 2 Tract No. 2 with improvements containing 26.5 acres, 194 Dutchman Creek Road, Union, from Guy A. Langston and Ann H. Langston to Shawn Langston Zeigler, James A. Langston, Guy A. Langston, and Ann H. Langston for $5.

• The transfer of land with improvements lying east of Adamsburg containing 94.07 acres fronting the north side of SC Highway 49, 331 Jonesville-Lockhart Highway, Union, from Martha G. Foster to Dennis R. Foster, Deborah F. Hall, and Ricky A. Foster for $1.

• The transfer of Parcel 1 lot with improvements containing 1.17 acre and Parcel 2 lot with improvements containing .84 acre, Old Pump Station Road, Union County, from Charles A. Whitaker to Tony R. Harris for $5,200.

• The transfer of a lot with improvements containing 1.28 acre and including a 2006 Gile mobile/manufactured home, 211 Deer Trail Road, Jonesville, from Vanderbilt Mortgage & Finance Inc. to Russell H. Sanders and Ray Vinson for $22,800.

• The transfer of a lot with improvements containing 2.48 acres including a 1983 Conn mobile home near SC 215 Monarch Highway and Norfolk Southern Railroad, Santuc Township, from John E. Sexton Jr. to Paul Rhinehart Sr. for $4,000.

• The transfer of Parcel 1 with improvements on the eastern side of Riley Road formerly known as Tempest Hill containing 1.72 acre and Parcel 2 with improvements at the junction of Riley Road and Gilliam Road containing 1 acre, 325 Riley Road, Buffalo, from Pamela J. Ray to Pamela J. Ray and Ernell L. Johnson for $5.

• The transfer of 5.0 acres in Union County from Special Referee Pete Diamaduros and Doris Williams to Jeremy C. Lindler, Jesse Lee Lindler Jr., and Renee R. Lindler for $5,500.

• The transfer of Monarch tracts and Ottaray tracts in Union County from Wiley Fork PM LLC to Presnell Dean Company LP, Trustee George Dean Johnson Jr., George Dean Johnson Jr. 2009 Revocable Trust for $266,589.44.

• The transfer of Monarch tracts and Ottaray tracts in Union County from Presnell Dean Company LP, Trustee George Dean Johnson Jr., George Dean Johnson Jr. 2009 Revocable Trust to Wiley Fork PM Timber LLC for $10.

• The transfer of a lot with improvements containing .1946 acre, 133 Gideon Street, Jonesville, from Gerald Glenn to Jeffrey E. Glenn, Shirley M. Glenn, and Carolyn A. Glenn for $6,000.

• The transfer of a parcel containing 49.9 acres in Union County from Special Referee Pete Diamaduros, Doris Williams, and Chamberlain Dawkins to David S. Parks and Deborah C. Parks for $54,890.

• The transfer of a lot with improvements containing 1.29 acre, 298 Askew Circle, Union, from Lonnie Joe Fox and Janie Fox to Hannah V. Farr and David G. Vinson for $175,000.

• The transfer of land containing 0.005 acre located near the intersection of 198 Frank Hill Loop, from Ralph C. Smith Life Estate, Barbara G. Life Estate, Ralph Michael Smith, and Donna J. Smith to Meansville Riley Road Water Company Inc. for $1,000.

• The transfer of Number 84 Pine Street with improvements, Bogansville Township, from Park Sterling Bank successor to Provident Community Bank formerly known as Federal Savings Bank formerly known as Union Federal Savings and Loan Association to Charles Phillips for $1,100.
