UNION COUNTY — The Union County Clerk of Court’s Office recorded the following verified during the weeks of Feb. 29-March 18:

• The transfer of Parcel 1 with improvements containing 5.332 acres and Parcel 2 with improvements containing 2.23 acres at 1827 Neal Shoals Road, Union County, from Robert Jeffery Edens and Sally Hope Medford fka Sally Medford Edens to Sally Hope Medford.

• The transfer of all that vacant land on a plat of Woodlaw addition; it is also intended to convey Lots 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55 including Mineral Springs Lot and Lots 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 65, 66 and eastern portion of 39 as well as any remaining or unconveyed portions or portions of said Arch Street area and the area designated as Mineral Street for $3,715.
