UNIONTOWN, OH — Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder has announced the promotion of Steve Wessel to Regional Vice President of Construction.

Wessel started his career with Wayne Homes in 2014 as the Construction Manager at the company’s Belmont office. Wayne Homes expanded to Belmont County, Ohio in 2013 and built its Covington Craftsman model in 2014. This past year, Steve led his construction team to become the 2015 Top Medal Winner at the Wayne Homes Annual Construction Olympics.

Steve graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University in 2009 with a degree in History, Psychology, and Education. He currently resides in Piedmont, OH.

“From day one, Steve has been a strong asset to Wayne Homes and our construction team. It’s always a challenge to get a new office up and running, especially when you’re new to our company. Steve’s rapid success in doing just that in Belmont made him the natural choice for even bigger challenges with Wayne Homes”, stated Vice President of Construction, Drew Eckel.
