Guilty pleas entered in General Sessions Court


UNION COUNTY — The following persons pleaded guilty this past week before Judge Daniel Hall of York in General Sessions Court at the Union County Courthouse.

— Marcus Shermain Byrd, 410 McBeth St., Union, to driving without a license first offense, time served and to pay $30.90 in fees; failure to stop for a blue light, 90 days suspended upon 60 days home detention with credit for time served (seven days) and to pay $133.90 in fees.

— Robert David Gregory, 137 Duncan Avenue, Buffalo, to three counts of fraudulent check $1,000 or more, two years suspended upon 90 days with credit for time served (13 days), two years probation, to make restitution per court order, and to pay $133.90 in fees on each count, sentences to run concurrently.

— Edward Sentrelle Kershaw, 144 Peacewood Drive, Union, to breaking into a motor vehicle, 30 months with credit for time served (one day) and to pay $133.90 in fees; to petit larceny, time served, and to pay $133.90 in fees.

— Brandi Julie Northern, 104 Carem Road, Union, to forgery less than $10,000, two years suspended upon 18 months probation with credit for time served (eight day), with restitution to be made per court order, and to pay $133.90 in fees; to shoplifting third property offense, two years suspended upon 18 month probation with credit for time served (eight days), and to pay $648.90 in fees, sentences to run concurrently.

— Allison Stevens, 471 Cherokee Ford Road, Blacksburg, to petit larceny, time served and to pay $133.90 in fees; to burglary second-degree non-violent, time served, restitution to be made per court order, and to pay $133.90 in fees.

— Christopher Dale Brazzle, 312 Springwood Drive, Gaffney, to petit larceny, time served, and to pay $133.90 in fees; to burglary second-degree violent, four years with credit for time served since Oct. 16, 2015, with restitution to be made per court order, and to pay $133.90 in fees.

— Kimberly Ann Fowler, 125 Camelot Drive, Union, to grand larceny (plea accepted Jan. 5, 2016), two years suspended to two years probation with credit for time served (28 days), restitution to be made per court order, to pay $648.90 in fees, with probation to be terminated upon payment of all fees and restitution; to two counts of petit larceny (pleas accepted Feb. 1, 2016), time served, and payment of $133.90 in fees on each count; to financial transaction card theft (plea accepted Jan. 5, 2016), time served, and payment of $133.90 in fees; to forgery (plea accepted Jan., 5, 2016), two years suspended upon two years probation with credit for time served (28 days), restitution per court order, to pay $133.90 in fees, with probation to be terminated upon payment of all fees and restitution, sentences to run concurrently.

— Ashley Shanell Fuller, 235 Lucy Boler Road, Union, to assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, time served, and payment of $133.90 in fees.

— Bryant Tymaine Harris, 145 T B Drive, Carlisle, to third-degree criminal sexual conduct, six years with credit for time served (four days), payment of $133.90 in fees, and to register with the Sex Offender Registry.

— Jesse Cole Harris, 365 New Hope Church Road, Union, to discharging a firearm into a dwelling, five years suspended upon 18 months and two years probation with credit for time served (five days), and payment of $133.90; to pointing and presenting, time served, and payment of $133.90 in fees; unlawful carrying of a pistol, time served, and payment of $133.90 in fees; to possession of a stolen pistol, time served, and payment of $133.90 in fees.

— Michael Joel Lawson, 177 Magner Drive, Union, to second offense trafficking meth (plea accepted Jan. 7, 2016), five years with credit for time served (35 days), and payment of $288.40 in fees; to unlawful carrying of a pistol (plea accepted Jan. 7, 2016), time served, and payment of $133.90 in fees; to second offense possession of meth (pleaded Feb. 1, 2016), five years with credit for time served (35 days), and payment of $288.40 in fees, sentences to run concurrently.

— Emzlie Montrail Young, 110 Pioneer Road, Union, to possession of cocaine second offense (plea accepted Jan. 4, 2016), two years suspended upon 90 days home detention and one year probation with credit for time served (three days), and payment of $803.40 in fees; to resisting arrest (plea accepted Jan. 4, 2016), time served, and payment of $133.90 in fees; to possession of 28 grams or less of marijuana (plea accepted Jan. 4, 2016), time served, and payment of $288.40 in fees.

— Kenneth Shane Burgess, 5010 Wheitz Street, Spartanburg, to buying Ephedrine while blocked (attempted), one year with credit for time served (88 days) and payment of $288.40 in fees; to criminal domestic violence second-degree, one year with credit for time served (88 days) and payment of $133.90 in fees, sentences to run concurrently.

— Thomas Paul Dow, 136 S. Wood Drive, Union, to first offense distribution Schedule II controlled substance, 18 months suspended upon time served and probation of 18 months with probation to begin upon release from sentence now being served and payment of $803.40 in fees.

— Miriam Elise Holden, 267 Eaves Road, Whitmire, to conspiracy to manufacture meth, three years suspended upon 30 months with credit for time served (five days) and two years probation and payment of $803.40 in fees; to first offense possession of meth, 30 months with credit for time served (five days) and payment of $288.40 in fees; to attempt to purchase Ephedrine while blocked (first offense), 30 months with credit of time served (five days) and payment of $288.40 in fees; recommended for ATU, sentences to run concurrently.

— Steven James Redmon, 1454 Peach Orchard Road, Union, to second offense possession of meth, three years with credit for time served (36 days) and payment of $288.40; to first offense distribution of meth, three years with credit for time served (36 days) and payment of $288.40 in fees; to first offense manufacturing meth (attempt), three years with credit for time served (36 days) and payment of $288.40 in fees, sentences to run concurrently.

— Terrell Shaun Robinson, 111 Lakeside Drive, to DUI first offense, 30 days with credit for time served (nine days) and payment of $275.01; to resisting arrest, 90 days with credit for time served (nine days) and payment of $133.90 in fees; to malicious injury to property, 30 days with credit for time served (nine days) and payment of $133.90 in fees, sentences to run concurrently.
