BES students, teachers celebrate 100th Day of School

In addition to dressing up like they were a century old, students got to engage in a number of other fun activities including counting to 100 and eating 100 snacks.

BUFFALO — The 100th Day of School at Buffalo Elementary School was celebrated in a fun, numerically appropriate way when some students and teachers at the school dressed like they were one hundred years old.

Teachers wore granny dresses and grey wigs and shuffled down the hall using canes to support their poor old frames stooped over with the burden of year as they made their way slowly to their classes.

Not to be left out, a number students in the 5K classes also dressed like they were a hundred years. They also got to do a lot of other fun things including count to 100, bring in objects for sharing. They even got to eat 100 snacks.

The 100th Day of School at Buffalo Elementary is a favorite day among 5k students.
