For the weeks of Jan. 18-22 and 25-29

UNION COUNTY — The Union County Clerk of Court’s Office recorded the following verified property transfers Jan. 18-29:

• The transfer of a parcel with improvements containing 55 acres in the Pinckney Township of Union County by Willard D. Farr and Robin M. Farr to Matthew Willard Farr for $5.

• The transfer of a lot with improvements containing 71.56 acres in Union County, a lot with improvements south of Oakwood Drive containing 26.33 acres and a manufactured home, and a tract with 159.9 acres approximately 12 miles northeast of the City of Union from Willard D. Farr to Matthew Willard Farr for $5.

• The transfer of a lot with improvements at 714 Arthur Boulevard, Union on the south side of Park Heights formerly known as Poulton Street now known as Arthur Boulevard in the City of Union from Joanne B. Lipscomb to Monty Joe Bogan Sr. for $40,000.

• The transfer of a lot with improvements at 1113 West Main St., Union, fronting the south side of West Main Street for 100 feet being rectangular in shape and also a parcel containing 791.7 square feet from Champion Mortgage Company to Joann W. Monroe for $43,000.

• The transfer of an irregular lot between Southern Railroad and Green Street with two barns and an artesian well from Willey Fork PM LLC to Roxana M. Ortega for $110.

• The transfer of a lot of land containing 0.45 acre in Union County from Willey Fork PM LLC to Roxana M. Ortega for $110.

• The transfer of Lot 215 with improvements, Section C with improvements at 320 Railroad St., located in the Monarch Plant Mill Village of Monarch Mills from Wanda Robinson to David M. Hart for $4,000.

• The transfer of a parcel with improvements containing 88.38 acres on State Highway 215 in the West Springs Community known as the H.L. Lawson Property, a lot designated as Tract A containing 0.046 acre, and Track C containing 0.07 acre less any conveyed from Robert M. Cooley to Murray Davis for $164,000.

• The transfer of a lot with improvements at 110 Haile Street, Jonesville, fronting 50 feet on the northern side of Haile Street from Bobby Gene Henderson to Timothy Wilson Henderson and Bobby Gene Henderson for $5.

• The transfer of a parcel with improvements at 1175 Mt. Tabor Church Road, Jonesville on the western side of Mt. Tabor Church Road (SC Highway 105) containing 49.04 acres subject to highway right-of-way from Edwin L. Wilson Jr. and Edith R. Wilson to Mitchell Clay Wilson, Michelle Wilson Musser, Edwin L. Wilson Jr. Life Estate and Edith R. Wilson Life Estate for $5.

• The transfer of a parcel containing 5 acres at 1394 Santuc-Carlisle Highway, Union from Special Referee Pete Diamaduros, Bishop Eison Jr., and Juaniece Quinnett Eison to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development for $2,500.

• The transfer of a lot containing 0.447 acre at 130 Gideon Street, Jonesville lying between State Highway 11 formerly known as Long Street and Gideon Street from C.G. Buchanan to Danny L. King and Janice A. King for $39,400.

• The transfer of Lot No. 5 with improvements at 235 Lakeside Drive, Union from Special Referee Pete Diamaduros and James F. Senn to Branch Banking & Trust Co. for $500.

• The transfer of Lot 69 with improvements containing 0.424 acre with restrictive covenants and easements at 205 River Hill Road, Union on the southern side of River Hills Road from Special Referee Pete Diamaduros, Robert E. Vinson, and Melissa K. Vinson to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation for $21,785.

• The transfer of a lot with improvements containing 15 acres including right to ingress and egress reserved upon private Field Road from Tricia Burson to Ryan T. Whitehead for $30,000.
