The true, living and only God reigns forever

Charles Warner | The Union Daily Times

God, the God of the Old Testament and the New Testament, is the true, living and only God and therefore He and He alone reigns supreme over creation. He is the God who created the universe and made the human race in His image. He is the God who raised up the Hebrew patriarchs and the Israelite and Judean prophets. He is the God who gave His Only Begotten Son to be a living sacrifice for our sins who, in triumphing over death, hell and the grave in accordance with His Father’s will, established a new covenant of salvation for all who will accept Him as Lord and Savior. He is the God who blessed, guided and directed the disciples and the apostles and the other Christian saints who brought Christianity to a lost and dying ancient world and who continue to preach the good news of Jesus Christ in the modern but still lost and dying world. He is God and He reigns forever and the saved, those who accept His gift of salvation, will reign with Him forever in glory.
