JONESVILLE —Music, clowns, inflatables and even camel rides will be part of the Jonesville Municipal Festival this Saturday.
The festival, which will be held from noon-10 p.m. on Main Street,will include prizes, games, music, food, and fun for all ages.
Fun for the children is a big part of any festival and the Jonesville Municipal Festival will offer a lot of fun things for the children in attendance to enjoy including face painting, clowns, balloons, inflatables, pony rides and a petting zoo with camel rides.
Raffle tickets will be sold at $1 each, with prizes including a 42-inch TV, two children’s bicycles and three Walmart gift cards (one for $100 and two for $50 each).
From 2-7 p.m., Nick Simmons’ Stang Club will present a car and bike show, and all cars and bikes are welcome. Anyone who would like more information about the car and bike show may call Simmons at (864) 497-3016.
An exhibition by an amateur wrestling team will also take place during the festival.
Live music performances are an integral part of the festival each year, and the following singers and musicians will perform Saturday at the following times:
• Noon — Josh Lydia
• 1 p.m. — Crossing Ford
• 2 p.m. — Serenity
• 3 p.m. — Foster Chapel Baptist Church Choir
• 3:30 p.m. — Mellow Night
• 4 p.m. — Jeremy Robinson
• 4:15 p.m. — Nadiah Jefferies
• 6-10 p.m. — Trik Alley Band featuring Andre Kerr
