The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrests:
— Shawndarian Keyvone Caldwell, 17, of 120 N. Boyce St., Union, was charged with disorderly conduct around 9:15 p.m. March 10.
— Ricky Dale Keasler Jr., 39, of 336 Johns St., Union, was charged with giving false information and driving under suspension around 6:35 p.m. March 10.
— Joseph Lamar Smith Jr., 25, of 194 Peacewood Drive, Union, was charged with trespassing around 3:25 p.m. March 10.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:
— A resident of Whitmire Hwy., Union, reported on March 10 that two rings have been missing from her home for around two weeks. The first ring is a half carat diamond solitaire with white gold setting and the other is a matching diamond wedding band. The rings were valued at $2,100.
— Officers responded to Bethel United Methodist Church, located at 1705 Lockhart Hwy., Union, on March 10 in reference to a possible burglary. A Masterlock had been cut off of a storage building located directly behind the church, but nothing was identified missing at the time of the report.
— A resident of Pineland Road, Union, reported on March 10 that a ring had been missing from her jewelry box for around two weeks. The ring is a yellow band with a round red stone in the middle with a ring of clear stones around it. There is another ring of red stones surrounding the clear stones. The ring is valued at $150.
— The owner of a mobile home located on Cross Keys Hwy. reported on March 10 that he noticed on March 1 that the door of the mobile home had been pried open. Missing items included a 3.5-ton A/C unit, a chest of drawers, a Black and Decker sander and jigsaw, and a metal box with ceramic items in it. The complainant reported an outbuilding on the property was also burglarized, with missing items including a mast pole for a CB antenna and a wheel barrow. Missing items were valued at a total of $1,545.
